The Development

Amber Oaks includes 226 home sites located on approximately 90 acres in Howell Township. Phase I is currently under development and includes 67 lots. Construction of Phases II & III has not been scheduled.

Our amenities area is scheduled for construction in 2008 and 2009. Upon completion, it will include tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a junior soccer field, a large tot lot, picnic pavilions and tables, barbecues, restrooms and acres of open space.
