Realtors

We welcome realtors and we encourage you to bring your clients to show them around our development and model homes. If you would like to send your clients out unattended, simply call or email us in advance and you will be automatically protected with this client for 120 days.

If your client signs a purchase agreement, you will receive a confirmation from us detailing the agreement. At closing, we will send a check for 3% of the base price of the home.
